If the outage is only affecting your room, please follow these steps:
- Open the fuse box and make sure all the corresponding switches for the room are in the same position.
- If not, carefully push it back into the active position. Most of the time it is installed in the hallway of the flat.
- Check whether all electricity sources (wall sockets and light switches) are working. This will help determine if a switch or outlet is defective.
- One reason for a power failure can be a defective appliance. When you have located it, please disconnect it from the power supply.
