This is entirely up to you. When we receive the termination request, we will ask you to confirm and provide us with your updated bank account information. This way we make sure that you receive your deposit in the desired account.
⚠️ Keep in mind that refunds to a Non-EU bank account generate a fee of 100 Euros and might experience significant delays in the timeline of your refund due to the bank’s processing times for international transfers. We highly recommend using your EU account to guarantee that your refund gets to you in the expected timeframe.
⚠️ If you have terminated your contract and haven’t sent us this information yet, please create a Help request through our Member's Portal or your Habyt App. This information is key for us to refund your deposit timely.
