If you have already made the payment but your deposit is still showing as pending, there are a few possible reasons that could cause this issue.
- The payment details you provided are incorrect. If there was a mistake in the information you entered, this could be the reason why your deposit is still pending. To check your payment details, simply click on the link that was sent to you during the onboarding process and enter your details.
- You have insufficient funds in your bank account. If this is the case, you will need to transfer the necessary funds to your account to ensure that the payment can be processed successfully.
- Your bank denied the payment due to other reasons. You should get in touch with your bank to find out why the payment was denied. This could be due to a variety of reasons such as a hold on your account or a security issue.
